Jean Sebastian Rossbach!

So how AWESOME was it when I received a comment on my myspace page, from a very skilled and overall great artist like Jean Sebastian Rossbach!!! He's been on the cover of ImagineFX issue 26 January 2008 and shows a tutorial of his work. check out his website: http://livingrope.free.fr/ , he's a pretty cool artist as well as all the others on my links list. But aw man, that made my day!

Kevin's Tattoo

Here is something i'm doing for fun/practice for my wacom. I'm having a lot of fun painting this and as I progress I might use different styles, we'll see how it turns out!
Here is my progress as of 4/6/08 still more to go, but this is about 45% done.

UPDATE!

I've posted a few of the things I've been working on/ things that I've finished, and I feel accomplished, and I feel like I'm progressing everytime I start a new piece, which is always a good thing. I hope to build up my speed and maybe, even incorporate new effects and other techniques to my art, so I dont seem, repetetive. let me know how im improving or if I need improvments on stuff. Thanks!

I'm a hack, but I thought this came out pretty decent. I'm still a beginner, but I've learned alot in the few short weeks that I've had a wacom; I learn fast.

Here's my new project, it's a character i want to develop, hopefully, you'll see more, and the finished product soon. As you can see, this has been my process, it's not coming out too bad, i think!

Etrigan The Demon

Here is a recent drawing of Etrigan the Demon character from the Batman series. Above is Jack Kirby's version, and the Luis version below. I don't know if I should add anything else or if I'm missing some sort of essential, but let me know, hopefully there will be a finished version in graphite soon, and maybe in the future, a color one!

Spawn

Here are two different spawn drawing that i did, first penciled, then inked in sharpie pens and markers, and i used some Prisma color markers also. i've been meaning to color them sometime in the near future i'll get around to it.

Man Shroud

Man Shroud is the name of a character in a kids book called 'The Halloween Tree'
I pictured the character looking something like this, a bit graphic for a kids book but i kinda like it :-)
