I took some artistic liberty and made it look like an old timey mugshot photo.

Concept for a character.
He's a very sad man.

Name taken from the band of the same name.

Inspired after watching a livestream of and he was very insistent, that if you want to do things you cant say "oh i'll get to it" or "yeah i've been meaning to do this" you just DO IT!
